*        Information about your account transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as your account number, account balance, payment history and parties to transactions; and
*        Information we obtain from consumer reporting agencies, public records, credit references, credit score, data collection agencies and information that we obtain to verify employment history, that insurance coverage is in place, your obligations to others, your credit worthiness and credit history.

Disclosure of Customer Information
RCI Design & Development does not share with nor sell or rent your personal information to outside companies for their promotional use. However, non public information may be disclosed to the following parties:

*        Non-affiliated third parties as required by law; for example, to goverment entities in response to subpoenas. It also includes information shared as part of the routine course of business, such as the servicing of a loan account with us, or sharing with consumer credit reporting agencies.

Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to non public personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to gaurd your non public personal information. Since we belive that keeping your trust is very important, we will continue to adhere to the polices and practices described in this Notice even if you should have inactive or closed accounts with us.
